Dyahanne Ware brings over 20 years experience representing corporate clients as an in-house prac- titioner focusing on transactional and employment matters. Her background includes providing guid- ance to management on a wide variety of work- place legal issues including EEO, reductions in force, employee discipline and termination, sexual harassment, FMLA, severance agreements, hand- book and workplace creation, regulatory compli- ance and has provided representation before the EEOC and various state human rights agencies.
She is a business focused professional who has handled transactional issues from large multina- tional companies to small companies seeking to expand internationally. Among her recent transac- tional activities, she has successfully assisted in providing market introduction services to Chicago for an urban design and landscape architecture company from Amsterdam, The Netherlands and provided services to a local Illinois distillery in its international expansion to Israel.
