Adriana Paun is Top Executive Agency

I have more than 15 years in HR top management positions, at operational and corporate level, in different international companies and countries, and 7 years in R&D.
I held responsibility as HR Vice-president for international mobility and executive recruitment in multinationals with offices in more than 150 countries and with tens of thousands employees world-wide.

I hold an Engineering Diploma and an Executive MBA. During my career as HR professional I followed several training programs on Leadership, Communication and Influencing across organizations.

In my career I deeply enjoy:

working with people with different technical background at all levels
developing teams of HR professionals to increase contribution to their organization
supporting the senior top management at the highest level in the organization
