Liesbeth Dillen is Initiator SHEworkswithwomen mentoring coaching services for professional women

Liesbeth is initiator of SHE works with women, Mentor & coach of professional women, based in Brussels.

Liesbeth’s mission is to make female talent blossom & ensure that the very best minds, men’s and women’s alike, are brought together to address the challenges that society faces.

Liesbeth is a firm believer in the untapped potential of the many female talents out there and of the benefit of gender-diverse teams.

She has 20 years experience as a committed and successful senior in general, sales & marketing management.

Held the n°2 position at IKEA Belgium, steering 4 departments with a workforce of 1,200 workers. Served on international steering committees and project management teams, with diverse management groups in Europe, the Middle East, North America, Asia and Australia.

Her professional interest in advancing women in business started in 2001 when she set up the innovative think tank and project “What Women Want”, as part of her gender marketing strategy at IKEA internationally.

In 2007, she decided to leave the planned and safe career path and became an entrepreneur. She has a proven track record in career development for executives across Europe since 2007 and got a certification in mentoring and coaching of female professionals in Stockholm, Sweden.

‘SHE works with women’ offers individual professional development to help organizations, engaging men and women, to better respond to women in their talent pool. SHE encourages women and companies to live creatively and view life & work from new perspectives.

Liesbeth is dutch, lives in Belgium in the Brussels area with her husband Chris and teenage daughter Marine. Loves cakes, books, flowers, her soul sister-friends, travel and yoga. She is inspired by ‘life is too short to be somebody else’ and strives to help each women carve her own individual path.
