With more than 15 years experience, I have a successful track record in identifying and selecting world class active and passive candidates for any given international executive search assignment. I work cross sector and globally. As a fully qualified CIPD professional, with both corporate HR and line management experience, I can quickly understand and meet my client’s needs to find the best possible talent. I support organizational talent management strategies and will work with clients to implement an effective action plan. I train in-house recruitment professionals and hiring leaders to improve the quality of the internal hiring process. With access to an extensive global data base I have excellent pipelines to top talent.
