is Professor HEC-Université de Liège, Head of Research Unit EgiD

Full Professor of human resources in the department of Management at HEC Management School – University of Liège. Specializes in the theory of organization and management with present emphasis on the teaching of human and organizational aspects as well as the research methodology (quantitative research). Head of the Research Unit EGID Studies of Gender and Diversity in Management. With special connection to a number of national and international firms Annie Cornet’s interest goes to gender, the workforce diversity management, the politics of professional equality, women entrepreneurship, and stakeholders implications in CSR (social responsibility). Within companies and organizations she is more particularly interested in employment discrimination, the impact of workforce diversity on the efficiency and performance of companies, as well as the public policies connected with professional equality and the equality between men and women ( gender mainstreaming & gender budgeting ). Numerous papers and publications. Diploma in sociology ( Institute of Sociology, ULg ). Master and Doctor of Management ( EAA, ULg ). Has taught at HEC/Montreal as well as various European universities. Has created and participates in the gender and diversity network of AGRH ( Francophone association of research in the management of human resources ) and Divex (research network with Hasselt,Tilburg, Leuven and Nijmigen University). Member of the scientific committee of the chair Diversity and Performance at Paris Dauphine.
