Monique Chalude is Sociologist & expert in gender diversity

Monique Chalude is Managing Director of MC2 (a company specialised in managing human resources, communication, equality and diversity) and is also Partner at Chalude & Associates. She conducts research, provides advice and training relating to professional equality, diversity and women in business. She works with university research centres and international organisations. In addition, Monique is an expert consultant for a number of European institutions and was responsible for the policy of gender equality for the Council of Europe from 1999 to 2002. She develops and leads seminars on communication, assertiveness, professional development, management and also coaches female leaders in economics, institutions, politics and associations. Furthermore, she is President of C.A. d’Amazone (A resource centre for women’s associations and partners of gender equality.) as well as being a Scientific Associate at the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
