Women Leaders Coming Into Their Own: Feminine Leadership In Action
Isabelle Pujol, Founder & Director of Pluribus Europe
Learn more about the workshop
Many women find that in the process of striving to succeed in work they have developed only part of who they are while leaving vital aspects of their feminine leadership capacities behind. In the midst of substantial achievement women often report feeling empty, invisible or out of synch with dominant models of success.
This track is for women who are ready for a deeper experience of mastery in personal presence and authority, and who are interested in enhancing the value of feminine leadership characteristics in the organizational systems they work and live in.
We guide participants in how to build a collectively informed picture of the systemic obstacles that prevent women from fully accessing their reservoir of leadership and we support participants in developing greater depth of understanding and the practical skills needed to bring about sustainable, positive change in their spheres of influence.
We help each person interface with the normal fray of life through four fundamental leadership stances and their associated practical applications. When these are fully inhabited, we have the inner resourcefulness to respond with assurance to just about anything. These stances access an ever-present field of creative possibility that underlies all difficult and stuck places.
The Place of Intuition is home to our emotional IQ, where reliable perceptions of critical non-physical factors inform us through our bodies. The ability to stand in another’s shoes, and our spontaneous playful selves reside here. Our ability to powerfully Follow resides in this area.
The Place of Truth is deeply rooted in the earth: practical and honest. Draws clear boundaries, assesses risk and voices what needs to be spoken. Our ability to respectfully Oppose resides here.
The Place of Perspective is the dispassionate overview that can discern cycles and patterns, reframe problems, learn quickly and embrace complexity. Our ability to discern and Bystand is informed by this capacity.
In The Place of Vision and Purpose one sees through surface disturbance to the benevolent and worthy essence of one’s own self the gifts of others. From here we maintain the sanctity of the core mission of all endeavors, and hold the continuity of past, present and future. Our ability to Move with clarity is born from this stance.
This track has traditionally been open to women only. For this taster at the Jump Forum, we would like to make space for men who are wanting to do their own reflective work in the mix with us. They too will have the experiential opportunity to strengthen and clarify feminine qualities of leadership in themselves and more deeply understand the systemic challenges and opportunities faced by women in these times of change.

Balanced Leadership – Exploring the dynamics of masculine and feminine energy within you
Michèle Mees, Partner at the Centre for Balanced Leadership and Author of The Balanced Leader
Learn more about the workshop
The notion of what a leader needs to be is being challenged. Today, principally masculine values are used and appreciated in professional environments. There is, however, a substantial need for the injection of feminine values to complement the masculine model. As long as we cling to the dominant masculine culture in which the feminine – present in all of us – is undervalued and underused, fundamental change is impossible.
We are now at a turning point, but we remain attached to the old, the familiar.
In order to successfully adapt to the challenges we face, such as a more diverse society and workforce, creative and collaborative work environments, sustainable entrepreneurship for health and well-being, we need to let go of our old ideas.
You can start by discovering your personal balance between your masculine and feminine inner pole during this workshop. How could you benefit from developing your masculine or feminine qualities? How do you develop more balance as a man? Is it easier or more difficult for women?
What’s a Unique Selling Proposition (U.S.P.) and how does someone like me get one?
Dorothy Dalton, Talent Management Strategist and Career Transition Coach
Learn more about the workshop
Your U.S.P. (Unique Selling Proposition) is at the heart of your Personal Brand and therefore your career strategy. It is your key core message. It defines you!
Women are brought up to be collaborative and to think of others first and NOT to “toot our own horns” especially not in the workplace. So in many ways creating a Personal Brand is counter–intuitive, but it can be learned – by anyone. Especially you!
In this practical, hands-on workshop you will learn how to identify, articulate and promote your success stories (without bragging). Build you confidence by knowing what you’re good at and being able to share that information with ease.
Your USP can be used in your online profiles, at networking events, in your CV mission statement, elevator pitch and in interviews, all vital to women in the workplace!
Come and learn how to “toot your own horn”!
Brand me – A journey through choices for talented women
Tille Verhaeghe, Project Manager Executive Learning Partnership instead of Ann De Jaeger, Managing Partner Executive Learning Partnership
Learn more about the workshop
Genesis and research behind this highly acclaimed leadership programme for (future) female leaders.
Ann works as a partner at Executive Learning Partnership, a company that specializes in the architecture and delivery of interventions with the leadership teams of organisations. As such, she became intrigued by the challenges which women face in order to make it to and then hold their own in these senior ranks. As a designer of leadership programmes, she then set out to design a personal development programme for women who have chosen to have a career. What is it that they need to know and master in order to thrive in corporate life? Ann will guide you through her findings and will demonstrate how “Brand Me” offers to deal with them.

Are you ready to lift yourself from being a leader to leading ladies?

How do you use your seniority, your managerial and leadership experience for growing new talents around you?
How did you do to reach the higher levels? What would you do different, better or stop doing ?
You might have heard people sharing stories full of stereotypes by bitching around the coffee machine. Did it help?
So what will you decide to contribute to change?
There is no one size fit’s all solution or career path.
That there is no one right path to take but there are many paths.
How do you share all this to empower younger women to get the best out of themselves?
How do you transmit your learning to inspire younger women to support in finding their own way?
How can you support and develop women to add value to the business they choose?
Use your personal talents inside the organisation, to contribute to solving global challenges
Michel de Kemmeter, Author of Les valeurs de l’argent and Founder of UHDR UniverseCity
Learn more about the workshop
The global challenges that we will have to deal with in the near future will need the creativity and talents of everyone, and of every company and organisation. We have a common responsibility and role to play. In parralel, lots of us are disconnected from the purpose of their job, and suffer from discouragement. This leads to absenteism and presenteism, a huge waste.
During this workshop, you will map your personal forces and talents – masculine and feminine – and position them inside your company, offering beginning of solutions to global challenges – within corporate missions. It makes the link between the individual, the company, and the macro – the global situation. A side-effect is recalibrating the societal role of the company, and the purpose of the individual inside the company. This can remobilize people, and bring more coherence and systemic thinking in corporate strategy. You will walk away with a detailed chart enabling you to understand the micro-meso-macro dynamics of the systems in which you live and work.
