Hebe Boonzaaijer is Senior Manager Human Capital, Deloitte Netherlands

Hebe Boonzaaijer works in Human Capital Advisory Services within Deloitte’s Consulting practice in the Netherlands. Hebe has over 7 years of experience in Talent Management, serving a variety of international clients and industries. She has lead the implementation of Mass Career Customization (MCC) for the Dutch Deloitte firms, a signature initiative of Deloitte’s worldwide Talent agenda – adapted from the best seller by the author Cathy Benko. Deloitte has been awarded the 2009 Global Diversity Innovation Award for its progressive MCC efforts. Hebe regularly speaks at conferences and gives guest lectures on innovative career-life fit solutions.
